in northwest baltimore. in a few hours, many people will gather. we are talking friends, family, players and coming out to say their phenyl good-byes to art modell. now last night, before the ravens first kick off and before the national anthem. everyone paid tribute to modellch the stadium fell silent in observance of him. in honor of art modell, the players are wearing a decal on the helmets and under the jerseys. modell is best remembered for his contributions to the national football league. he was the owner of the cleveland browns from 1961 to 1995. and the baltimore ravens from 1996 to 2003. now he helped launch monday night football and was also known for his charitable work. now ray lewis and roger goodell the nfl commissioner will speak at funeral. modell is survived by his sons and six grandchildren. that funeral girns at -- begins at 11 this morning followed by a private luncheon. the modell family has asked people gib contributions to the seed school in lieu of flowers. sherrie johnson, abc2 news

very proud of our baltimore teams. we have a serious crash in anne arundel county, the southbound lanes of route 3 shut down at the sand highway. if you're only i-97 in the area, fortunately no problems to report. and here is what 95 looks like, no concerns traveling northbound upwards the beltway or southbound to the d.c. area. we have some congestion, though, as we approach drive times on the west side of the beltway. that will be the main trouble spot right now. lock at 13 minutes right now on the west side from 795 to 95. 695 going to be in great shape towards towson. back to you. >>> whatever you're doing, carbon monoxide to the tv and check this out. this has become an internet sensation. berkeley the dog is trying to get used to his boots. his homeowners bought this to protect him from the salt and chemicals, to keep their pads protected from the sidewalk during the winter. this is a replacement pair and they say he tore it to pieces, doesn't love it. that's for your dog lovers out there. for the cat lovers, amy
